Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Günni AI mobile application (“App”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Günni AI is for informational and motivational purposes only.

• The App, including its AI Buddy features, does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
• You assume all risks associated with any physical activity you undertake in connection with the App.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the App.

3. AI Buddy Features

The App uses AI technology (provided by Rork AI) to generate workout suggestions and chat responses.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific physical condition.
• You should exercise caution and use your own judgment when following any AI-generated workout plans.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the App require a paid subscription (“Pro”).

• Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.
• Use the AI Buddy to generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-provided data) are the exclusive property of AI Gym Buddy and its licensors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Gym Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
