Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Flmr mobile application (“App”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Safety and Responsibility Disclaimer

Flmr is a private digital diary for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• The App is designed for personal record-keeping of your dating experiences.
• Personal Safety: You are solely responsible for your own safety and the nature of your real-world interactions. The App does not provide safety monitoring, background checks, or verification of any individuals you may encounter or record in the App.
• No Liability for Interactions: We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or harm (physical, emotional, or otherwise) resulting from your real-world interactions or dating activities.
• Privacy of Others: You agree to use the App responsibly and respect the privacy and consent of others when recording information.

3. AI Insight Features

The App uses AI technology (provided via OpenRouter) to generate dating insights and analysis based on your entries.

• For Entertainment Only: AI-generated insights are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, psychological counseling, or relationship therapy.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You should use your own judgment when considering any AI-provided “tips” or “insights.”

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the App require a paid subscription (“Pro”).

• Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.
• Use the AI features to generate or process offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity in your records.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-provided data) are the exclusive property of Flmr and its licensors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App’s reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flmr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or your real-world dating activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany (or your local jurisdiction, as applicable), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
