Flmr (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

a. User-Provided Information

When you use the App, you may provide certain personal information, such as:

Partner Preferences: Your preferred partner types (e.g., Men, Women, Everyone).
Encounter Details: Information about your dating history, including partner names, dates, ratings, moods, vibe checks, notes, location (text-based), tags, and specific attributes (height, body type, hair color, etc.).

b. Photos

The App allows you to store photos of your encounters.

Note: All photos are stored locally on your device’s filesystem. We do not have access to these photos, and they are not transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI services.

c. Local Data Storage

All encounter data and preferences are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. This data remains on your device and is not synchronized with our servers unless you explicitly perform a manual backup (e.g., via iCloud, which is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy).

d. AI Insights (Third-Party Disclosure)

The App features an AI Insight tool powered by OpenRouter. To provide personalized dating analysis, we request your permission to share a text summary of your entries.

What data is sent to OpenRouter:

A text summary of your diary entries (Names, Dates, Ratings, Moods, Vibe Checks, Tags, Flags, and Notes).
Photos are NEVER sent to the AI service.

Who the data is sent to:

This data is transmitted securely to our third-party AI provider, OpenRouter (https://openrouter.ai).

Data Protection:

We confirm that OpenRouter provides robust protection of user data. This data is used solely to generate AI responses within the App and is not sold or used for marketing purposes. Data is sent over an encrypted connection and is not stored after the response is generated.

e. Billing and Subscription Information

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect information necessary to process your transactions, such as your Apple ID and purchase history. Please refer to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for more details.

2. Third-Party Services

3. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

Haptics: To provide tactile feedback during use.
Photos: To allow you to select and store photos locally within the app.

Note: The App does not currently collect your precise GPS location or access your contact list.

4. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain the App’s features.
Personalize your experience and generate AI dating insights.
Manage your Pro subscriptions and restore purchases.
Improve the App’s local functionality.

5. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it remains there until you delete the App or manually delete individual entries. AI interaction data is processed ephemerally and not retained by us.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to OpenRouter is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS). However, please be aware that no security measure is perfect, and you are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device and your passcode.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
